Starting in 2009 and committing to SAP in 2010, Michael began with a team of 7 and has grown MTC into an SAP Gold Partner with over 300 professionals, operating across China, the US, Japan, Germany, and Southeast Asia. MTC’s growth follows the “Start, Grow, Rise” path, while implementing SAP solutions internally first demonstrates MTC’s confidence in SAP products and strategy.
Today, at the 16th anniversary, Michael shares in the interview that MTC is using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to support its global operations and continue growing with SAP.

When Michael entered the industry in 2009, like many entrepreneurs, he explored various ERP solutions. SAP ERP, with its robust foundation and future-oriented capabilities, became the clear choice. Therefore, in 2010, Michael decided to go all-in with SAP.

As a partner, MTC has progressed from EBM to VAR, and then to Master VAR, maintaining strategic alignment with SAP throughout this journey.
As a customer, MTC has leveraged SAP Business One to establish an integrated finance and business management platform across its global operations, ensuring compliant and efficient business operations.
